Welcome! I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for real change, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward in your life.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re working through stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone. I work alongside my clients to help them build practical coping skills, gain insight, and rediscover the strengths they already have within them.

I work with adults ages 18 and up and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I support clients facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, and life changes, always focusing on helping you move toward the goals that matter most to you.

My approach combines several evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. EMDR can be especially effective for processing trauma, while CBT helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns. Person-Centered Therapy focuses on building self-awareness and personal growth. I also take a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their resilience and develop tools that support long-term well-being.

With over 26 years of experience in the mental health field and 10 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to my work. My passion is helping people heal, grow, and build lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling.

If you're ready to take the next step toward change, I would be honored to support you on that journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
