Wow! Rebecca is just a wonderful human being! She has dragged my self confidence back out into the open air, and opened my eyes to what is possible if I just keep trying my best. Thanks so much for helping me get and stay sober. You're a true friend and lifesaver.

Throughout my career thus far, I have had the opportunity to intern and work with diverse concerns and mental health needs and a wide variety of ages including children, adolescents, young adults, middle adulthood, and families. Substance use, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, crisis, phase of life concerns, and relationship stress are some of the areas I have experience working with. I enjoy working with a diverse population of individuals with different backgrounds and various ages and welcome all individuals to my counseling office!
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing with many clients, but will implement other modalities as necessary depending on the client's needs. As a recovering addict with over 8 years in sobriety and 6+ years of education, I have made substance use and recovery an area of passion and specialization. I am currently CSAC eligible and will be seeking certification.
It would be my privilege to meet and work with you as you take the first steps toward a change. My hope is for individuals to enter a place of emotional stability in their relationships, occupations, and in their families. I look forward to working with you as you begin this journey toward healing and becoming whole.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $35 to $80 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
