My therapist was never on time to our scheduled sessions. It's impossible for me to I have productive therapy and reliable work schedule without my therapist being there. Even with the pandemic, messages can still be sent saying the cause of lateness or that he'll get in touch with BetterHelp and save me some money since I have to pay weekly and he's only available once a week. But not once did he do that. I suggest that you remove him from your platform as this experience has completely turned me away from using a service such as this. I'll be moving to in person within location. At least if they aren't there, have the respect to show up or tell me in advance they won't be making it. This experience has caused more stress than relieved for a first time patient in therapy.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Alex helped me understand myself better and gave me the tools I need to practice self compassion and silencing the inner critic.
Alex is a great listener and was very accommodating to my needs.
Alex is a very personable person, Like talking to a friend who happens to be your biggest fan! He celebrats all the right things and reassures me i AM doing something right!
Amazing!! He's really helped me be more confident in my decisions and supports me every step of the way. Seesions with him are really giving me a sense of perception in a whole new light. :))) I would strongly recommed!!!
I feel completely safe with Alex, and his encouragement has helped me through the process of asking for help. I've had therapists before, but none ever seemed to reach me in this way where I feel like I'm actually working towards being better rather than just dwelling in the past. Therapy with Alex feels like progress for me and I'm very thankful for him. I always feel lighter after our sessions.
Alex is actively helping me through the toughest emotional situation I have ever gone through. He has given expert advice for communication as well as coping skills. I am incredibly grateful for his help and plan to continue to work with him in the future.
Alex has been wonderful!
