Hi, my name is Bonnie Lilly and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Pastoral Counselor as well. I obtained my MA inn Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2016; my M.A in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014; and a B.S. in Psychology with emphasis in Christian Counseling from the Liberty University in 2012. I am also certified as a Registered Play Therapist.

As a sister, mother, daughter, friend, and counselor, I believe that we are all relational beings and need relationships that are encouraging and uplifting! Everything is possible and our past does not determine our future. We can learn together and find a balance within our lives that promote positive growth and change!

I personally, draw from several different therapeutic approaches such as Client-Centered Play Therapy, Choice Therapy, Faith Based Counseling and Solution Focused Therapy; however I favor Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I particularly enjoy working with individuals and couples through their traumas and interpersonal relationships.

My passion is to see healing and restoration to hurting people while helping people find their full potential and live life abundantly. I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, have three amazing adult children with one bonus son now, a grandson on the way and two awesome fur-babies.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Bonnie listened to me. She made me laugh. She reminded me that it is ok not be ok and that it is important for me to make myself a priority.
