If you’re feeling overwhelmed or going through a difficult transition, therapy can offer support and a place to regroup. Together, we can sort through what’s happening, get clearer about what you need, and find a way forward that feels realistic.

Stress, uncertainty, and change can feel like too much to hold on your own. In our work, we slow things down and make space to reflect so you can feel more steady and more like yourself again.

I work with adults across many stages of life and the emotional challenges that often come with change — finding your way through school, relationships, and career decisions, as well as partnership, parenting, divorce, caregiving, grief, retirement, and aging.

I’ve been a licensed therapist since 1988, and I bring both professional experience and life experience into my work. I understand how disorienting these periods can feel. I also know these periods can lead to important shifts in perspective, resilience, and self-understanding.

My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and direct when helpful. I follow your lead, and we move at a pace that feels workable for you while staying connected to what feels important in your life.

My work is integrative and informed by training in Integrative Health and Lifestyle Practices. Chronic stress affects both mind and body, so alongside emotional health, we may also pay attention to the daily practices that support well-being — sleep, movement, nutrition, relationships, spirituality, and environment. Often, small changes can make a real difference in how you feel over time.

Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and support a life that feels more balanced and more fully your own.

If this feels like a good fit, we can talk about next steps in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
