I am a Licensed Social Worker who has been in the field for 5 years. I have most experience working in women’s issues, trauma, and family/couple’s therapy. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in addiction, and trained in Prolonged Exposure for treating PTSD.

I am passionate about helping people fully reach and live in their definition of wellness. My style is interactive and warm, I like to help my clients feel as comfortable as possible. I think it’s great if we can laugh in the therapy space. I use a combination of CBT, DBT skills, structured problem solving, and REBT. However, our treatment plan is driven by the client’s goals.

Starting therapy is never easy, but I hope to make it as positive of an experience as possible for each of my clients. I'm honored to go on the journey with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Kelsey is a very attentive counselor, she responds when you message and she is always quick to make sure you are understanding any information she gives. She is very sweet and lets you know that she’s here to help not to force you into anything. Something I extremely like about her.
