Greetings,
My name is Julie Lynch, MA, LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, specializing in Christian Counseling. I attended Liberty University where I earned my Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I have been serving in the mental health profession for over 12 years. I have inpatient and outpatient experience. I have helped clients with a wide range of challenging issues and concerns. I believe personal growth and self-discovery are essential parts of empowering self and necessary for living fully. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to be heard and welcome exploration of thoughts and feelings.
I look forward to helping you become more self-aware, a better communicator, improving relationships and self-worth. My counseling style is kindhearted and inviting. I utilize a variety of different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Forgiveness Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, just to name a few. I tailor my style to fit the needs of my client. My goal is to provide you with a safe and trusting environment to speak openly about life's stressors. I appreciate the desire to seek change and welcome the opportunity to support and empower you as an individual.
I look forward to exploring your world and celebrating your successes as you move forward!
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
