Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Thank you, Matthew!!!
One of the most compassionate human beings I’ve ever met! I cannot wait to resume with Matt once the dust in my life settles, he truly is a blessing in my life and everything he’s helped me get through!!
He's a wonderful and brilliant therapist whose analysis is amazing and he listens and makes me feel better and i am lucky to have him.
Matthew is hands down the best therapist I have worked with. He gives insight but also let’s me work things out within myself during our sessions. He always has a response that is thought out and is detailed to my situation. Matthew is great
He’s awesome! What is nice is even shocking details, he will not waver on being compassion and mythological on how to help me cope.
Only have had a couple of sessions with Matthew but he’s been awesome so far. Really listens and seems to genuinely care about who he’s talking with. Was skeptical about online therapy but he’s made me feel more comfortable than any in person therapist has made me feel.
He’s great at his job and very easy to talk to!
An incredible man who always listens to you and provides very sound advice for whatever life is throwing at you.

Matthew is incredibly supported and helps me to understand how to improve my situation. He listens attentively and reflects back to me to give me clarity into what I want to change or do differently. He's knowledgeable and brings ideas for action to our sessions.
Right from the beginning you can tell Matthew is professional, knowledgeable caring and understanding. I’ve had several different therapists throughout my life and I think it’s super important to find someone that can understand what you’re feeling and be completely nonjudgmental no matter the situation. He’s supportive, proactive and professional while making you feel you can say anything that’s on your mind and it’s welcomed. 100% recommend him.
Matthew is offering me viable solutions to issues I have now and have experienced in the past. He really listens and understands where I'm coming from. I feel that because of my sessions with him I'm having more good days than bad and I also feel that I am moving in a positive and rewarding direction. I highly recommend him.
He is always there when I need him. He is very responsive and understanding.
