I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field as a clinical supervisor, director and professional counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, relationship challenges, spiritual concerns, disruptive behavior and specialize in substance abuse disorders.
I utilize a person-centered , solution focused approach while frequently utilizing cognitive behavioral interventions in my therapy. I understand that therapy can be an intimidating decision to begin but I'm confident that taking the first step is one step closer to you a healthier you!
