I am a pluralistic psychotherapist with a First-Class Honours degree in Counselling, accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS), and a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I have supported clients through one of the UK’s leading mental health charities and have experience working with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. These include stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma (including abuse), relationship challenges, life transitions, assertiveness, phobias, panic attacks, and confidence building.

I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs. My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from person-centred, solution-focused, and hypnotherapeutic techniques to help you explore what is holding you back and move towards lasting change.

I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities, and I am sensitive to the unique cultural, personal, and emotional contexts that shape each individual’s experience.

Therapy with me can help you gain insight, build emotional resilience, and develop new tools and behaviours to support your wellbeing. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.

Sessions are available via secure video, phone, or chat, offering flexibility whether you are based in the UK or internationally. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments (UK time), which may suit international clients in earlier time zones.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards a more fulfilled and balanced life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
