Valerie was a fantastic therapist who really helped me work through a lot of anxiety related issues. I’m sad to see her move on from BetterHelp but I’m sure her new clients will be thrilled to have her as their therapist

Valerie has been such a great therapist for me. She’s been kind and understanding of my needs and goals since the start. She’s helped me understand why things may be how they are and how I can work towards making them better by reframing my approach or mindset. I appreciate her patience with me and never making me feel judged at all (when it can be so easy for me to judge myself).

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I have taken away so much in a short period of time . Valerie puts me at easy and makes me feel very comfortable sharing my thoughts with her. I have learned a lot !

Reviewed July 2022

She's very good and her insights have helped me a lot lately. She's one of the reasons why I can say that Im starting to be mentally okay. I really want to continue my sessions with her but Im thinking about my busy schedule and expenses. I really appreciate her and I hope I can talk to her next time again, when I need this (but hopefully not as extreme as this one).
