More about Natasha

Hi, I’m Natasha.

My core therapeutic training is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, and this remains at the heart of the way I work. I approach much of my practice from a person-centred perspective, as I believe this creates a strong foundation for building and maintaining a meaningful therapeutic relationship. Alongside this, I have continued my professional development to incorporate a more integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support individual needs.

I have experience working within counselling centres, schools, and through online and telephone therapy with adults, young adults, teenagers, and children — work that I continue alongside my private practice.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and sometimes even acknowledging that support may be needed is a big step in itself. Often, the first session is the hardest part. My approach is never to force or pressure, but instead to work at your pace, following your lead and supporting you in exploring the goals and outcomes that feel important to you.

Empathy and unconditional positive regard are central to the way I work. I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where you feel heard, valued, and supported, while always working ethically and professionally. I do not believe in defining people through stigmatising labels; instead, I believe in empowering the individual and recognising each person’s unique experiences and strengths.

I am a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, which supports my commitment to ethical practice and ongoing continual professional development. While Person-Centred Therapy forms the foundation of my training, my overall approach is integrative and tailored to each individual client. Together, we can shape therapy in a way that feels supportive, personal, and suited to your specific needs.

It takes courage to seek change and to take the first steps towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you feel ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you throughout the process. Feeling truly heard can make a significant difference.

I look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
