More about Tiffany

Hello. Glad you're here! I'm an LPC with extensive experience in behavioral health, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, career concerns, self-esteem, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with having a space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without judgment. I work with clients who may appear to have everything together on the outside but internally feel exhausted, anxious, unfulfilled, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of behavioral health settings and with individuals navigating complex life circumstances. Those experiences have shaped my ability to meet people where they are while also helping them recognize patterns, establish healthier boundaries, build confidence, and make intentional changes in their lives.

I especially enjoy helping individuals reconnect with themselves beyond the roles and responsibilities they carry every day. Whether you are navigating a major transition, questioning your career or relationships, recovering from difficult experiences, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply realizing that you want something different for your life, therapy can provide a space to slow down and figure out what you need.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make, but to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, challenge patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop practical tools for moving forward.

You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough of a place to start.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
