Tracey is an excellent therapist, skilled at creating safe spaces to make even the most weary of perfectionists open up. She listens with curiosity and compassion and gently makes observations that prompt you to reflect and reframe. I can already feel a marked difference in my mental health just a few sessions in. I highly recommend Tracey as a therapist - especially if you're a trauma survivor who is facing complex challenges you seeking guidance and support about how to resolve those without making your 'load' any heavier.

Welcome
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling anxious, unsure, or simply tired of coping on your own. Whatever has brought you here, you will be met with warmth, empathy, and without judgement. My priority is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and able to explore what’s truly going on for you.
I work collaboratively, meaning we move at a pace that feels right for you. I take time to listen deeply and to understand your experiences, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we can make sense of patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools to help you feel more balanced and empowered in your daily life.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you; it’s about supporting you to reconnect with your resilience, clarity, and sense of self. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater understanding and well being.
How I work;
As a Relational Therapeutic Counsellor, I believe in letting your voice be heard and at the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I draw on integrative talk therapy approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy and Transactional Analysis, to gently explore what’s going on for you and what you might need. Rather than fitting you into a particular model, I adapt my approach so it feels relevant and meaningful to your life.
You might not fully understand why you’re feeling a certain way, why you keep reacting in patterns that don’t serve you, or even what you want to change. That’s completely okay. We don’t need to have all the answers at the start. For me, therapy is a shared process of curiosity and discovery, creating space to untangle thoughts and feelings, notice patterns, and make sense of your experiences together.
Being an integrative relational therapist means I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Your well being and recovery sit at the centre of our work. Some days you may simply need to feel heard and understood; other times you may want practical tools and strategies to help you cope differently. We can adjust our work depending on what feels most helpful.
Above all, I offer warmth, empathy, and a non-judgemental presence within a safe and confidential space. If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you with care and honesty, I would be glad to support you.
Experience
I bring over 12 years of experience working across the NHS, the education sector, private practice, and within a Community Interest Charity. Throughout this time, I’ve supported individuals with a broad spectrum of mental health needs — from those experiencing mild or emerging difficulties to people living with diagnosed and more complex mental health conditions, including a range of challenges such as:
stress and feelings of overwhelm,
anxiety, including health anxiety, social anxiety and disassociation,
depression, low mood,
trauma; including recent events, childhood, complex, PTSD and C-PTSD
bereavement; grief and loss,
loss of identity,
abuse; child, sexual, physical, domestic violence, cohersive control
breakdown of relationships,
family dynamics,
I also work with neuro-divergence, ASD, adult ADHD diagnosis, PTSD and C-PTSD.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
