Hello, I’m Ebony Morish, and I believe that healing begins with the courage to look beneath the surface. Sometimes, the most meaningful changes happen when we are willing to dig deeper not only to better understand ourselves but also to uncover the tools, strengths, and resources needed to move forward.

My role is to walk alongside you throughout that process, providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia.

With experience in community mental health, school-based counseling, and individual therapy, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and every individual's journey deserves a personalized approach.

My therapeutic style is grounded in a person-centered, holistic philosophy. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and therapy should be a collaborative process that honors your voice, values, and goals. I focus on the whole person—mind, body, and emotional well-being. Recognizing that meaningful healing involves more than simply managing symptoms.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, relaxation techniques, and social skills development. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and crisis-related challenges.

Beyond my professional role, I am a proud mother and Army veteran. My military background has deepened my passion for serving others, particularly fellow veterans and individuals navigating the challenges of major life transitions. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my children, hiking, exercising, connecting with nature, and relaxing with a good movie.

I believe healing happens when we give ourselves permission to pause, reflect, and grow. You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply have to be willing to take the first step.

Whether you're seeking clarity, working through past experiences, or learning to navigate your present circumstances, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Let's dig deeper, discover your strengths, and create space for the healing and change you deserve.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Love her

Ebony is great. She is very kind, relaxed, easy to talk to, and she is always on time with our sessions. I've been very wary of therapists from years of not having ones that I really vibe with, but she is one of my favorites I have had over the course of twenty years. We've only had a handful of sessions so far, but they have already helped. Just simply having someone I can talk to that doesn't judge me or try to treat me like every other client is huge and makes all the difference in the world.

Reviewed January 2025
