I have only had a few sessions but Cheryl is amazing. She is excellent at listening and helping me pick out ways to ground myself when it comes to my anxiety. Genuinely one of the most helpful when it comes to dealing with past trauma and where that trauma has lead me now.

Cheryl is a great therapist and I enjoy working with her. Working with her has been a game changer!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. Cheryl is a great therapist and I enjoy working with her. Working with her has been a game changer!

Cheryl was very professional and helpful.

She is a new therapist to me. I told her about my anxiety from leaving the one I had for 13 years and she quickly put me at ease. She is quick to respond to my messages and works with me with my schedule. She has given me techniques i can use even at work. She understands what i say and mean and is not agraid to ask me questions.
