Does the world often feel too loud, too demanding, or simply not built for the way you naturally function? Whether you are navigating life with a neurodivergent brain (ADHD, ASD, BPD) or you’re someone who has simply spent years "performing" to meet the expectations of others, you are likely exhausted from the mask you wear.
I provide a space where you don’t have to translate your inner world for me. Using a psychoanalytic lens, we look beneath the surface to find the roots of that critical inner voice and the shame of "not fitting in." By unlearning the pressure to conform, we can dismantle the patterns that hold you back and help you foster connections rooted in your true self—not your performance.
Relationships are hard, but they are even harder when you’re navigating the world with deep-seated insecurities or the feeling that you’re "different." I help neurodivergent adults and anyone feeling "othered" explore how their upbringing has shaped their self-esteem and attachment style.
My approach goes beyond surface-level advice. Together, we will examine the life you’ve built to see where you are hiding and why. By assessing the past, we can unlearn the shame of not meeting "typical" expectations and build a future defined by authentic, secure, and effortless connection.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Nikolett is a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who has helped me work through difficult situations with work, grieving and family issues. It has been so helpful to me to be able to confide in someone skilled, and discuss things that are affecting me, and receive support and constructive challenge around them. My family have certainly noticed improvement in my mood and disposition through tough times.
My therapist is amazing. I feel like she listens to me and she reads and responds to all of my messages. Both myself and my family can see a huge improvement with me since ive been with Nikolett and I've only been with her for a short while. 10/10
Nikolett is a gentle listener. Her insights are spot on and she was great at getting me to help myself.
Nikolett approached my situation with compassion and understanding, so I felt supported. She also asked thoughtful and probing questions that helped me reflect on my situation in new ways and start to find better approaches to my problems. I feel lucky to have been connected to Nikolett through Better Help.
Nicolette was my first therapist that I was matched with and I’m so thrilled. She listens. She’s prompt. She understands and I feel seen and heard by her
Nikolett is very understanding and made me feel at ease. Although communicating via text, she was able to still read the situation and my feelings very well. At times it felt like I didn’t have an issue but she was able to steer the conversation to make me think and look deeper. I would definitely recommend Nikolett, she has helped me to understand my feelings and emotions and why I respond in the way I do.
Nikolett is great at encouraging me to think about my challenges and dig into things, without pushing so far that I begin to feel resistant to exploring. I think She is really good at sensing where my boundaries are with how far I can go with a topic in each session. I've really enjoyed working with Nikolett to try to uncover and work on the things that I need to.
