Dr. Ternay is a breath of fresh air. I've been to therapy before, but it was in a small town, felt very biased and judgy. Not with Dr. Ternay. She listens, tries to figure me out, which I have to give props to because I can't even figure me out. I'm really looking forward to this and I am so happy I decided to take the step.
