I'm Victoria and I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I use an integrative approach in my practice, combining a skillset of CBT, compassion focused therapy and relaxation techniques. We all have different stories and experiences that shape how we view ourselves and the world around us.

I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy and yet, here you are taking these valuable steps towards things feeling a little lighter for you. In our counselling space I can offer safety, compassion and trust to support you in navigating through the tough stuff at your own pace.

Coming from a background of working within the media industry and also volunteering for a children & young person’s mental health support charity - I use my creative skills to compliment my counselling approach. I'd like to support you in breaking the cycle of challenging thoughts, emotions and behaviours, allowing you to embrace the joys in life again.

I am currently supporting adults (18+) with issues such as:

Depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, communication struggles, boundary setting, pregnancy & fertility, self-esteem, family & relationship problems, grief and anger struggles. (I have lived experience of ADHD).

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
