I am a pluralistic therapist in the UK with 4 years experience working as a counsellor. I have experience in helping clients with a range of challenges including stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, self-motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression.

The core of my work uses person centred therapy but my training allows me to but utilise the therapy approach that will be most beneficial for your individual needs. This might be cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic or humanistic approaches.

My therapy style is warm and welcoming. I always aim to provide clients with a safe space where they feel able to talk easily and openly about any issue that has brought them to counselling. I will listen with empathy, respect and compassion.

I really look forward to meeting you and helping you to make positive changes in your life. I am really excited to hear your story and get to know you as I believe that you are the expert in your life and you have many strengths that I will help you to recognise and use as we work together.

Taking this first step into counselling with the hope of a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
