In only a few short weeks in therapy with Lea, I've been able to reduce my anxiety and feel genuinely happier, which I didn't expect as this as it is my first time trying therapy and I really wasn't sure what to expect. Yet I am really happy with the outcome!

Hello, I’m Lea — a qualified UK-based integrative therapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I work with adults online, offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back — and begin to shift it.
I support clients with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or disconnected from their true self and want to make meaningful change but don’t know where to begin.
My approach is intuitive, holistic, and trauma-informed. Alongside traditional talking therapy, I draw on coaching, mindfulness, and creative techniques to help you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom. I also weave in practices like nature connection and self-awareness tools when they feel right for you.
I have a special interest in supporting women through hormonal and identity shifts (ADHD, peri-menopause, motherhood), but I also work with men who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, identity issues, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” I also support neurodiverse clients and deeply value authentic, human connection with whoever I work with.
Outside of therapy, I’m a nature guide and forest educator, a home-educating mum, and someone who believes deeply in the power of self-trust and healing from within.
If you’re ready to make inner changes that lead to a more aligned and empowered life — I’d love to work with you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
