Hi, I’m Stephony Mark, a licensed therapist in Louisiana. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported—not judged. Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have worked with individuals and groups experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship and marital challenges, parenting concerns, trauma, and the effects of emotional, physical, verbal, and sexual abuse. I work with adolescents and adults ages 8 years and older.
My approach to therapy is cognitive-behavioral, existential, Reality, and integrative, which allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we can explore unhelpful thought patterns, better understand your emotions and experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and identify practical steps toward the life you want to create.
