Our counselling sessions will be empowering and liberating giving you the opportunity to gain the confidence to make positive changes to uncover your full potential.
Working together we will work towards uncovering worries, thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back such as depression, addictions, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, abuse, anger management, self harm, low self worth, trauma, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, Autism, panic disorders, family issues, phobias, feeling sad, anger issues and much more to provide a greater understanding of yourself through self awareness.
I work one on one offering a confidential, safe, comfortable, accessible space. I provide a genuine, authentic, accepting professional relationship where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgment.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I am very happy to have found Peter. He is very supportive, understanding, and skilled in his approach. Working with him has already made a meaningful difference.
I feel confident that I will be able to get things into perspective- I am very early on in my journey but feel that I have very good support so far.
Helpful, friendly and kind - asks good questions that help me think through things while providing some theory to help explain why things happen.
Peter is an unbelievable listener. He has an incredible knack at picking up what I am actually worried about or having difficulty with. Not only does he get to the root cause of something. He opens it up in a way that gives a whole new perspective I hadn’t considered. My wife and kids have all noticed and commented on how much my mood and demeanour has improved since working with Peter. He is a true professional and a person who’s help and advise I value tremendously.
Pete provides a safe and positive environment to share your problems and worries. He offers advice and insights that help you to figure out where your thoughts and feelings on these subjects may stem from. This is a great help for looking at ways you can start to handle things that are impacting you and those in your life in a healthier way
Understanding and comforting, but also challenges and asks good questions while providing mechanisms to improve outcomes
My experience with Peter has been truly invaluable. I am typically skeptical, and was unsure what therapy would do for me - but it genuinely surpassed my expectations. I learned how to combat the issues I was/am facing, and learned a lot about myself. Peter never once made me feel judged, when he certainly could have - and he made me feel like I wasn't alone, and that my issues were in fact normal/not uncommon. I take with me a lot of knowledge, actionable practices and compassion for myself after therapy with Peter. Could not recommend him enough. Thanks for everything!
Peter is truly a helpful therapist he lets me vent and picks on the underlying issues and with each session I feel better

Peter is an exceptional therapist who brings deep empathy and understanding to every session. He has an incredible ability to listen attentively, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and valued. Peter not only listens to your thoughts, but he also picks up on the emotions and experiences that may lie beneath the surface. His thoughtful questions and gentle guidance help you explore your feelings in a way that feels safe and supportive. With Peter, you know you’re with someone who is genuinely invested in helping you grow, heal, and find clarity. His warmth and insight make him an invaluable partner in anyone’s therapeutic journey.
Pete is a very skilled therapist who is knowledgeable and gentle in his approach. He is non judgmental and meets you where you’re at. Pete is a pleasure to work alongside, and I would highly recommend him as a therapist.
At only 3 sessions in with Peter the level of positive change within myself has even shocked myself. Peter is punctual, professional and non judgemental. He’s offered great advice and tools to deal with problems or avoid them. I am keen to explore further and could not recommend Pete enough. I would urge others to use the journal on the app as well as that becomes rewarding also the more you use it. Thanks Pete and better help
