I understand that the impact of these experiences can continue long after the events themselves, affecting self-worth, emotional wellbeing, relationships, trust, identity, and the ability to feel safe and connected.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of what you've been through—at your own pace. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, recognising the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical responses, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we gently explore how the past may be influencing the present while building practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and emotionally regulated.
I also work with anxiety, overthinking, shame, guilt, self-blame, low self-esteem, dissociation, and the challenges that can arise when living in survival mode. Therapy provides an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.
