I never understood myself as much as I did. I have been to many Therapy places and non of them suited me and yet as soon as I went to better help, I found Paul and instantly had something to go off of from the very beginning. I am very satisfied and he is amazing to work with.

Paul knows, he understands life's situations and how they can affect your mental state. Even after only two sessions Ive total trust in Paul and his experience/abilities. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs to talk to an unbiased person about whatever they are going through. Paul is 10/10 .

I am friendly, down to Earth and direct. I am friendly and use common sense. I am not judgemental and my focus is purely about helping you.

The treatment approach I use is known as Psychodynamic. This is a deep therapy that gets to the root of issues. I hold a Masters Degree in Psychodynamic Therapy and am currently doing a research doctorate on the way therapy works with military personnel and veterans.

Psychodynamic work will bring all sorts of things to the surface and we can then work on them together. One of the great things about being a Psychodynamic practitioner is that the range of issues I can assist you with is endless.

I work with clients from all backgrounds and I also specialise in Military and Emergency Services clients, with whom I began working in 2019.

Supportive therapist, great listener.

In the interactions I have had with Paul so far, he has been really patient and understanding. It hasn't felt like speaking to a robot and instead you get a human talking which to me, feels more genuine and comfortable.
