My name is Hayley. I am a qualified integrative counsellor in the U.K. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of counselling approaches, allowing me to tailor our work together to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I believe that each person’s journey is unique. I offer a supportive and compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore whatever has brought you to counselling. Our work together is shaped around you, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

If life feels overwhelming, or you’re finding yourself feeling anxious, stressed, low, worried, or lonely, you don’t have to face this alone. I can support you with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, childhood trauma, ill health, low self-esteem, and other emotional challenges.

At the heart of my work are compassion, empathy, respect, and patience. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgemental environment where you can be yourself, feel truly heard, and begin to reconnect with your inner strength and resilience. Together, we can work towards greater understanding, healing, and positive change.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
