Elisa is very warm, shes a good listener and supportive, I’m thankful for her expertise and recommendations

Reviewed June 2026

My therapist is very warm and welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I never feel judged anymore, and it is a space where my feelings are validated but solutions to handle them better are the focus. I am glad my therapist has a good sense of humour as I like to see things positively and not take myself too seriously. I look forward to talking to her every week and have made good progress with my self esteem and my stress levels are much lower than when I first started. She is a great listener and I always feel much more grounded after being able to reflect in a healthy balanced way and move forward without becoming fixated on the things I cannot change.

More about Eliska

I’m a qualified therapist based in the UK with over five years of professional experience, and a background in psychodynamic therapy. I specialise in working with adults facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, career issues, and periods of transition or uncertainty.

My approach is reflective and grounded. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and begin to understand yourself more deeply. We’ll explore the patterns and past experiences that may be shaping how you feel today—so that together, we can begin to shift them.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. If that sounds familiar, know that you're not alone. Therapy doesn't offer instant fixes, but it can offer relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self over time.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes real courage. If you're here, you're already doing something important.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
