I’m Lucy, a warm, down-to-earth counsellor offering a space where you can talk freely, feel understood, and start to reconnect with yourself.
I work with people navigating life’s messier, more tender moments; whether that’s anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, identity struggles, or just a sense of feeling lost or stuck.
I'm trained in person-centred counselling, which means I offer a non-judgemental, supportive relationship at the heart of our work together. I also work integratively blending different approaches to shape therapy around you and what you need most.
I welcome clients of all ages over 18, and I’m particularly passionate about working with people in their 20s and 30s, those juggling pressure to “have it all figured out,” quietly carrying emotional weight, or comparing themselves to others.
As a younger counsellor and a parent myself, I bring lived empathy, emotional insight, and a gentle but honest approach, with a little humour when it helps. We'll go at your pace, your way.
I’m trauma-informed and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
