Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a trauma therapist who specializes in working with people who have lived through complex trauma — including childhood emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and family of origin wounds that still echo in the present. If you’re carrying the invisible weight of C-PTSD, if you're someone who’s always had to be strong, hyper-aware, or perform to survive — you are not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself.
I have a deep passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ and non-binary folks in healing spaces. Many of my clients come to me navigating identity, safety, and belonging, while also untangling the painful dynamics of being unseen, misgendered, or emotionally exiled in their families. Together, we create a space where all of you gets to exist — your grief, your anger, your brilliance, your queerness, your softness, your power.
My approach is warm, intuitive, trauma-informed, and yes — I bring humor into the room. Because healing can be hard — but it doesn’t have to be humorless. Laughter can be medicine, especially when it helps you feel safe, human, and connected. We can hold the heaviness and still find moments of lightness.
Whether we’re working with dissociation, people-pleasing, or that inner critic who just won’t quit — I honor all the parts of you that showed up to survive. Through relational work, parts exploration, and somatic tools like Brainspotting, we’ll work together to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your voice, and live from a place that finally feels like you.
This work is sacred to me. I believe in your capacity to heal, not because I’ve read it in a book, but because I’ve witnessed it — again and again — in people who thought they were “too damaged,” “too much,” or “too far gone.”
You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
Let’s find your way home — to yourself (and maybe even laugh a little along the way).
If you’re someone who feels like you have to stay quiet about your beliefs—especially if you live in a Blue state and feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells—I want you to know this is a safe space for you. Whether you voted for Trump, Biden, or anyone else, you are welcome here.
This space is for those who’ve felt judged, silenced, disowned, or even abandoned by friends or family over political differences. It’s for those who’ve felt like they no longer belong, simply for having a different perspective.
If you’ve served or are currently serving our country—as a veteran, active military, correctional officer, firefighter, police officer, doctor, nurse, paramedic, therapist, teacher, or first responder—this space is for you too.
No matter your background, beliefs, or profession—you are welcome here.
I believe therapy works best when both the client and therapist are aligned in needs, goals, and working style. My practice is rooted in Brainspotting and trauma-informed care, and because of that focus, there are certain areas I don’t specialize in.
I’m not the right fit for those seeking support for anxiety disorders, OCD, addiction of any kind, or parenting-related issues. I also don’t work with individuals who are currently struggling to self-regulate in a consistent way. I’m not trained to support stress management, adult autism or ADHD, medical trauma or complications from surgery, or terminal illness adjustment.
Additionally, I’m not the best fit for those navigating psychosis, a schizophrenia diagnosis, or those who are court-ordered or being pressured into therapy. If you’ve recently discovered you were adopted, are navigating agoraphobia, or are looking for support with bipolar disorder, I may not be the best match.
In terms of approach, I’m a gentle, warm, and fluid therapist. If you’re looking for someone who is highly directive or aligned with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or brief, solution-focused work, you may find a better fit elsewhere—and that’s okay. Not every therapist is for every person, and I fully support you in finding someone who feels right for you.
If your needs fall outside of my scope, I’m always happy to help guide you toward another provider who may be a better fit. My priority is that you receive the support that truly meets you where you are.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
