Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re carrying things that have felt heavy for a long time. I offer online sessions in a warm, confidential space where we can gently explore what’s going on for you. Whether you’re navigating something new, or trying to make sense of long-standing patterns, we’ll take things at your pace.
I believe that therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and real. Our sessions won’t be about advice or quick fixes – instead, we’ll work together to understand your story more deeply, and uncover the meanings behind your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Over time, that understanding can help bring clarity, relief, and greater freedom in how you live and relate.
I bring insight into experiences like postnatal depression, the impact of growing up around addiction, and the complex emotional fallout of parental adultery. These are areas I not only understand professionally, but connect with personally – so there’s no need to explain the unspoken stuff. It’s already in the room.
Alongside this, I offer support for those navigating spiritual or religious questions – including people recovering from spiritual abuse, high-control faith groups, or those simply re-evaluating belief systems that no longer feel like home.
Everyone is welcome here. My approach is open, affirming and inclusive, with a gentle sense of humour and deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and share your truth.
I have worked with clients facing relationship struggles, survivors of abuse, crisis of faith, clients experiencing grief and loss, parenting challenges, career difficulties, and major life changes.
I am a BACP registered Integrative Therapist working across the modalities of Gestalt, Humanistic and Psychodynamic with a Person-Centred core. I . I studied at Newman University in Birmingham, but have lived and worked in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
I welcome clients from all over. I am open to hearing your story, in your own words, no holds barred.
More than anything, I have a deep desire to help people find hope and strength, even in the toughest moments. You are the author of your own story, and within you are the strengths needed to overcome the obstacles in your path.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want you to know that I see and appreciate that. I’m here to support you on this journey, and to offer encouragement to you for taking your first step.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
