Mark is a very intelligent and experienced therapist. He makes me feel comfortable to express myself however I wish, dares me to dig deep into myself to find the source of my problems and confront them head on. He never demeans me, never insults or belittles me, he nurtures the healing process and always makes sure I understand where it’s all going. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who takes a more direct approach to things.

Honestly, one of the kindest and most understanding men I've been lucky enough to meet in my life. He seems to have had a solid grasp of what I needed even before I did, and he's been an incredible support to have throughout some incredibly hard times.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

An amazing therapist who listens and understands to the best degree! Would highly recommend him to anyone that is struggling. After the first session you will feel brand new again!
Mark is incredibly patient and helpful. He has a natural way of explaining why certain emotions arise, he’s clearly very highly trained and educated on all aspects of mental health. More importantly he has a way of making you feel calm and safe enough to be vulnerable and share very sensitive and emotional information and to have a completely safe place to be yourself and get this off your chest. I couldn’t recommend him enough, he’s a total genius when it comes to mental health and just a very nice and caring person.
Mark is a very nice man who is knowledgeable and experienced and is sincere and helpful. I feel very comfortable with him and he is helping me opening up pointers to improve my wellbeing during these difficult times I am facing.
Thankyou for everything mark
