I started therapy with Alexandra during a really dark season of my life. I was feeling deeply sad, stuck in unhealthy patterns, and completely unable to see a way forward. What made it even harder was that I didn’t fully understand the root of what I was going through. In just three sessions, Alexandra has already helped me begin to untangle so much. I’m learning more about myself, getting more comfortable speaking honestly about difficult thoughts and emotions, and starting to see light where there once felt like none. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful, and deeply supportive. She creates a space that feels safe and grounded. She has given me practical tools that I’ve actually used in real life, and they’ve brought meaningful relief. That alone feels remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for her insight and guidance, and I absolutely plan to continue working with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alexandra to anyone who is ready to invest in their mental health and wants a compassionate, skilled therapist to walk alongside them.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Before my one session, I was down and was not even feeling good about myself. After my session I felt a piece of what was taken back.

Alexandra is phenomenal! She is excellent with having me stop to breathe and think for a moment while helping me through my emotions when they arise during our sessions. She has also taught me how to remove myself from a situation and take a more objective approach when discussing confrontations I have with my significant other. I have since applied these techniques and others she has provided me with, and I look forward to building a healthier mindset with her help!
