As a therapist, my priority is to provide a safe, supportive virtual space where you can openly explore the challenges and recurring patterns in your life. Together, we’ll work together to better understand your emotions, uncover their root causes, and develop effective coping strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step —but you don’t have to do it alone. Reaching out can be the beginning of feeling more understood, more supported, and more like yourself again.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and extensive training in the treatment of disordered eating. This evidence-based framework helps us understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—recognizing how perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world deeply influence how we feel and respond to life's challenges. I bring a wealth of clinical experience from working in diverse treatment settings—including exentensive training at residential programs for eating disorders and college counseling centers. These experiences have deepened my ability to support individuals through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, women’s issues, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and major life transitions.
Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, but it’s a courageous first step toward meaningful change. If you’re curious about starting therapy, please schedule a complimentary consultation which is a chance for us to connect, address any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals that align with your unique needs. I’m here to talk it through with you. Please reach out for scheduling accommodations.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
