Edward is a great listener, and also gives a lot of helpful feedback and helps me see things in an alternative light when I'm feeling stuck in a bad headspace. He is helping me heal and grow in emotional maturity at my own pace. He's easy to talk too and is kind. He intuitively knows when to go gently if topics are sensitive. In the past I've struggled to find a professional who I felt helped me so I'm glad to have Edward helping me to unpick past trauma so I can deal with the present and future in a more positive and healthy way. He gives valuable insights.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Having never attend a 1-1 therapy session I was very apprehensive, straight Edward put me at ease by explaining his expertise and attentiveness to my reason for being there. His feed back is amazingly detailed and gives me the clarity I need at times. I would definitely recommend Edward to anybody me wanting to seek a therapists help in future.
