Text-Based Therapy

I offer text-based therapy only, creating a calm and private space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings through writing.

For some people, speaking on camera or face-to-face can feel overwhelming, particularly when discussing difficult or vulnerable experiences. Writing can give you more time to pause, reflect and find the words that feel right for you.

You can take your time, express yourself in your own way, and explore what you’re feeling without the pressure of being on camera or speaking aloud.

Who I Am

Hi, I’m a Level 3 counsellor based in Australia.

I’m a warm, compassionate and genuinely curious person who believes everyone has their own story, experiences and way of seeing the world. I value authenticity, empathy and creating a space where you can feel accepted for who you are.

I have over five years of experience in counselling and professional coaching, supporting people through trauma, addiction, domestic violence, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, stress and other complex life challenges.

I believe you are more than a diagnosis or a difficult chapter in your life. You are a whole person, and your experiences deserve to be understood with compassion, respect and without judgement.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental. I’ll meet you where you are and support you at your own pace.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Sometimes, the words we can’t say out loud are the ones we most need to express.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
