Hey there!

Like life, therapy can be tough sometimes—but you should always feel safe, supported, and understood. We’re in this together. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and my goal is to help you find what works best for you. I won’t try to fit you into a box or tell you who to be. My job is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own strength and confidence.

I’ve been working in health and wellness since 2008, helping people with stress, self-regulation, mindfulness, yoga, and overall well-being. I started out in the Pacific Northwest, where my own journey with healing began. These days, I focus on therapy with teens, adults, and families in different settings—from community clinics to hospitals and private practice.

I support people dealing with things like trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, big life changes, and stress. My goal is to make therapy a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment. Everyone’s story matters, and I work hard to meet people with respect, openness, and cultural awareness.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
