More about Megan

I’m a divorced, co-parenting mom (of multiples!). My experience of parenting through divorce and co-parenting beyond it gives me tremendous empathy for my client’s struggles. Going through personal life challenges has given me the strength, passion, and resilience to help others. No matter where you’re starting, things can get better.

I also know that when you walk through the fire of life you’ll come to find understanding and a new path. It does get better! Every day I help individuals and couples move toward being their best selves and living their best lives.

I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. There is no cookie-cutter plan that works for every person, so my therapy style is adaptive, creative, and client-focused.
