As a therapist, I’m here to support you when you’re feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward in life. Sometimes, just a little extra guidance can make the difference you need to start taking meaningful steps toward change.

With professional experience and accreditation in the Netherlands in integrative counselling and psychotherapy, I’ve supported many clients through a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, relationship issues, anger, low motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence, and trauma-related concerns.

My background as a therapist is diverse. In my early years, I coached individuals using methods such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Transactional Analysis, systemic work, and family constellations. Over the past few years, I’ve specialized further as an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I work with inner parts, inner child healing, trance, and guided imagery to effectively and efficiently support clients dealing with complex issues and trauma. I'm also a certified yoga teacher, breathwork coach, and mindfulness & meditation trainer.

My approach is integrative – which means you as a person are at the center, not the method. The therapy is always tailored to your individual needs. With one person I may work more therapeutically, with another more solution-focused. Sometimes we work in a body-oriented and experiential way; other times we focus on core beliefs and value systems that may be holding you back. As therapy progresses, I integrate different approaches based on what’s most helpful for you.

Clients describe me as calm, warm, and respectful. You set the pace. You share your story. You decide what’s important. People often tell me they feel safe with me – and when needed, I offer honest and compassionate confrontation to help you grow and move forward. Together, we explore what you need to regain clarity, strength, and balance. My guidance is never one-size-fits-all; it’s always shaped around you.
