In my work, it is especially important to me that you feel safe, seen, and taken seriously. For me, counselling is not a place of judgment, but a safe space where you can meet yourself with honesty, respect, and without the need to justify who you are.

I am a clinical psychologist with a strong background in cognitive behavioral methods (CBT) and addiction counselling, and I have completed additional training in counselling psychology. Alongside my work, I continue to deepen my scientific training with a focus on the effectiveness of online psychological counselling for emotional difficulties.

My approach is integrative. I combine elements of cognitive behavioral work, psychodynamically informed reflection, and client-centered counselling with mindfulness-based methods, particularly those derived from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

For over 16 years, I have accompanied people through crises, periods of change, and sensitive life transitions. During this time, my concept Holistic Self Alignment emerged, an approach that understands the body, psyche, and emotional needs as an interconnected whole.

Inspired by Carl Gustav Jung, I believe that within a safe and supportive framework, every person can learn to understand themselves more deeply and develop new inner pathways.
