My therapy style is kind and interactive. I believe a combination of video and phone calls will promote the best interactive approach. I will encourage you to schedule appointments which promotes healthy boundaries. I believe in treating others with acceptance, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral with art therapy techniques.
