Thank you for taking the time to look through my profile. I believe that every person is different and therefore my approach involves taking the many tools I have to create the best care for you on your mental health journey.
I have previous experience working with children as young as 5 all the way up to adults entering their late 70s. I have many specialties such as those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Bi Polar, substance use, to name a few. In addition to this I am very skilled at conflict resolution, and assisting you in navigating any relationship conflicts.
I am unapologetically proud therapist and advocate for LGTBQ+ populations, women, and people or color. If you find you are not in one of these populations that's okay too.
