My name is Sohale Vu and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been licensed since 2016 and have worked with a wide range of adult and adolescent clients. Prior to TalkSpace, I worked at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota in both inpatient and outpatient mental health. I have a background in treating clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is client-centered with extensive experience in different treatment modalities.
