Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. This is not just a job for me, this is a way of life. For as long as I can remember I have always had a heart to help, however it was only until I was into my later part of my 30's did I realise I could turn this into a job where I get paid to do what comes naturally for me. I love to help people, I always try to remain non-judgemental, and have a genuine heart of care. Even if it is listening, or offering advice, your care and trust to choose me as your therapist is one I will handle with love, gentleness and humility, until you are strong within yourself to continue your life journey with your head held up high.

I am a Senior Clinician with 13 years of experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I have worked with children (ages 3-18) and adults across a wide range of areas, including health, crisis, mental health, corrections, and supporting individuals from CALD backgrounds. My experience includes working with clients facing suicidal ideation, domestic violence (DV), family violence (FV), ADHD, ASD, emotional and relationship issues, as well as incarcerated individuals. I have also supported child protection clients and families in both community and hospital settings, including ED, ICU, and emergency departments, in two countries.

Born in New Zealand with Pacific heritage, I have travelled extensively, including to the United States and Pacific Islands, which has deepened my culturally responsive approach. With a Masters of Applied Social Work, I excel in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary case planning. Currently residing in Australia, my client-centred, strength-based approach helps individuals and families navigate complex challenges and improve overall well-being.

However, one strength that sets me apart is my ability to quickly connect with people from all walks of life, and my heart to authentically support people from all walks of life.

I am excited to extend my skills and support to the world.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
