I work with individuals and couples, 18 and older, with mental health and emotional concerns, such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions. Whether you are in a phase of life transition, struggling to get through each day, having a difficult time maintaining relationships, or more, I am here to help. Oftentimes, symptoms of a mood or thinking disorder are a result of past trauma that has not been processed or dealt with. I specialize in trauma work and getting to the root of the problem so you can live a happy, healthier life without your past interfering.
My treatment approaches are guided by the methods of CBT, DBT, EMDR, The Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in providing a therapeutic environment based on authenticity, warmth, and support. I strive to assist each client in finding their personal strengths and empowering them to accomplish their treatment and life goals.
Building a healthy therapeutic relationship is my first goal when meeting a new client. It is important to me that individuals and couples are comfortable and feel as if they can be their true authentic selves.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
