With over 12 years of experience in the field — including as a family therapist in child and adolescent psychiatry — I support children, young people, parents and adults. I’m also a certified mindfulness trainer and autismcoach. My areas of expertise include family issues, parent-child interaction difficulties, stress, autism, ADHD, trauma, attachment problems and anxiety.

I work from a warm, non-judgemental and compassionate attitude, while also asking the critical questions needed to help you move forward. You remain in charge — see me as someone who walks alongside you for a while, until you feel ready to continue on your own. Respect and trust are core values in my work. You are welcome exactly as you are, and feeling safe in our sessions is essential.
