As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York, I graduated from New York University with a Doctorate in Philosophy, and earned a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City NY. I have worked over 20 years in clinics, hospitals, non profits, cancer centers , and hospice. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, self esteem and other emotional challenges. As every persons story is unique. I tailor therapy to your needs, strengths, and goals. I believe meaningful change grows from a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
