I am a therapist with three years of experience serving my community with families, parents and children who have experienced a wide area of problems such as trauma, domestic violence, family issues, separation for the past three years. Prior to this I worked 2 years as a behavioral therapist with children on the autism spectrum.
I work with adults, teens and children who have wounds from the past that continue to impede in the form of symptoms to which therapy can help them to take a step into a next chapter. I utilize family systems theory, a strengths-based approach, CBT and trauma focused CBT, and narrative work through a tailored approach to help create change for clients.
I see clients with common symptoms such stress, anxiety, depression, and work to help them in managing their symptoms to improve quality of life. Through steady change making, feeling supported, and practicing healthy self-care habits I aim to provide clients with quality care.
If you are looking for a supportive guide to both help you to understand yourself better while feeling understood, I would love to help you through that healing journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
