Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I understand that life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique experiences, and work alongside you as you identify your strengths, gain new tools, and move toward the changes that are meaningful to you.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m married and a proud dog mom to two fur babies. I enjoy slowing down and finding joy in the everyday things—whether that’s spending time in the garden, cooking a meal, or working on a creative project. These parts of my life are important to me because they remind me of the value of connection, balance, and making space for the things that bring us joy.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but I hope to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. I would be honored to support you on your journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
