As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide virtual therapy for adults 18 and over throughout Louisiana. My practice focuses on supporting individuals navigating grief in its many forms, including experiences that can leave us feeling especially uncertain, overwhelmed, or isolated.
I believe grief isn't something you "move on" from. Instead, therapy can help you move forward while carrying the loss with you, finding ways to honor what you've experienced while creating space for healing, growth, and a meaningful life.
