Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can truly be yourself, without feeling judged or having to pretend you have it all together.
Life can be hard. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the same patterns, struggling with relationships, carrying things from our past, or feeling overwhelmed by everything life throws at us. Sometimes we don't even know what's wrong, just that something doesn't feel right. And that's okay, too.
I've worked with people from all walks of life, helping them navigate trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life changes. My approach isn't one-size-fits-all. I like to get to know you as a person, understand what you've been through, and figure out together what works best for you.
I also believe therapy doesn't always have to be so serious. There's room to laugh, cry, vent, disagree, and talk about the things you might not feel comfortable sharing anywhere else. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, work through what's holding you back, and make changes that feel right for you.
